Support for Vulnerable Women

Byron Supper Club supports Feel Good Fridays, a weekly program which provides a safe space for women experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless to access essential services and support.

The program provides an opportunity for women to come together, take part in therapeutic activities such as yoga, gardening and arts and crafts, and reconnect to a sense of community.

Operating for over 40 years as a not-for-profit organisation, the Byron Community Centre has played a key role in establishing a range of community-driven initiatives, programs and events to provide the services to support vulnerable people with meals, advocacy, counselling and social activities.
